01 - 2 cups whole milk or unsweetened plant-based milk alternative

02 - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
03 - 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger or 1-inch fresh ginger peeled and sliced

05 - 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - Pinch ground cardamom

# Directions:
01 - In a small saucepan, combine milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and cardamom.
